Sarcasm

Is sarcasm considered a type of humor? I, frankly, find it very amusing. I've been known to use sarcasm on occasion, okay, often...but never to be malicious. I've been told, however, that not everyone appreciates sarcasm as I do, and some people are actually hurt by it. [Talk about sensitive! Can't you take a joke!?!] But, out of respect for others, I have tried to cut back considerably and I think I've been fairly successful. I will admit though, that I do find life a bit lacking without it. =(

There is a website called despair.com that sells all sorts of sarcastic things like mugs, t-shirts, posters, etc. Now, I would never don such apparel or display a piece of their artwork in my home, but I sure to enjoy browsing their website! I've copied some of their images and will post them below because I just can't believe that at least some of you won't find these hysterical! Here is the big disclaimer - these images and sayings are in no way intended hurt any one's feelings. Please don't think I'm singling you out - hey, this blog is PUBLIC so ANYONE can read it - how could I possibly be trying to imply something specific about you? Also, I tried to limit the number of images I would post but there were soooo many good ones! I've made them small so make sure you click on them to enlarge them for the full effect!
